Live Recording and Mixing
Recently, we've started recording and mixing live concerts. Multi-tracked into Protools with great mic pre's* the end result has been spectacular. Recordings have ended up on Live Albums & EPs as well as concert DVDs and various forms of broadcast. Some of the artists recorded include:

These are the best sounding live recordings, period!
A typical live recording set-up involves a 2-3 man crew, 24-48ch stage splitter and mic pre-amps* a Pro Tools HD rig and a hard disk back-up system such as a Joe Co Black Box or Tascam x-48.
*Usually Millenia pre amps but we can also assemble lower cost rigs using Klark Teknik pre's or even coming out of the insert sends on FOH consoles
